  • Purchases without using a code - 15% cashback
  • 15% cashback will also be eligible for coupon codes that are found on eBay's site too
  • Using eBay gift cards to pay for the transaction is allowed

Terms & Conditions

What will stop me getting my cashback?

  • Using a discount code or voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
  • If you return or cancel your order then you will no longer be eligible for cashback and you will see the cashback move to Declined in your account.

What else is essential?

  • Most retailers calculate the cashback based on the purchase amount excluding taxes and delivery charges. So if your cashback is slightly lower than expected, this will likely be why.
  • Purchases must be completed immediately and wholly online.

What to do and when

  • Any Missing Cashback Claims must be lodged within 100 days of your purchase.

        Same. I think they count the time when it was tracked, rather than time of purchase. My first purchase in the early morning tracked correctly yesterday evening, but not the 2nd that I did at night (only tracked this morning at 3%)

    I ordered 2 sets of envelopes in one transaction, spent $124 and cashback tracked at $3.50 wtf? Did not get the full cashback rate.

    Did an order for $194.95 and got $5.86 cashback.. Should have been around $29.24.
    I've PM'd the rep (still waiting for a response), lets see what happens. I won't be using their service if the issue doesn't get sorted..

    $373.40 purchase has been tracked with $11.20 pending.

    Not off to a great start TopCashback.

    Only pulled the trigger on my item because of the high cashback percentage, or I would have waited for a better price.
    Hope this gets sorted out.

    My 4 purchases from around 10pm last night all tracked at 3% too. :( At the time the TopCashback site said the 15% deal still had 2 hrs to go.

    Order tracked, but only at 3%. At the time I completed checkout around 10:30 pm there was over an hour left on the advertised 15% cashback promotion. So hopefully this is just a mistake and will be fixed.

    PS: Did anyone else notice in the account area the cashback rate was advertised at 25%? https://imgur.com/a/NaaSsgd

    Yep my orders at 10:51pm and 11:59pm (according to their tracking) were tracked at 3% only. Interestingly the expected cashback amount is already pre-filled when you lodge a claim.

    But I don't know how they're calculating the purchase amount as it's definitely not price minus code ex GST (which is what I expected) nor is it price ex GST. It's somewhere in-between, making it better than I expected.

        Yes it was a missing cashback claim for incorrect cashback. The expected cashback field was pre-filled and greyed out.

    Mine was showing 3% all day but has now updated to show 15% cashback($50 capped)
