Have been member of Club Jetstar for a few years, but never receive any early notification of their sales. Have rang them many times & they assure me I am linked. I receive all their other emails, bookings, flight cancellations etc. checked my spam & junk folders, nothing. Really peeved as missing out on sales.
Any suggestions?

Click on My Account. You will see a purple Club Jetstar Member Tag under your name, if it isn't there then your membership isn't attached to your account.
Then Account settings
Then Contact preferences,
Check your preferences like Club Jetstar updates, including member-only sales and special offers is checked.
Also check your contact details.

Cannot believe the number of incidents I have heard of Jetstar changing or even cancelling on people at the worst times.
I thought it was just a once or twice off.
After the last couple of incidents in the same number of days, do you really still want to fly jetstar? haha
