Freight Forwarders USA > Australia?

Hi guys

Just wondering if anyone has experience with any freight forwarders in USA? I've used them many many years ago (like 15+) but wouldn't know where to start today.

There's an item I'm looking to buy, weighs about 30KG, only available locally in USA. Interested in any pointers on where to start.

    MyUs does 30kg (66 pound) for around USD 520 with either DHL or FedEx economy. Note their rate is pretty similar up to 90 pound. I heard about first time sign up discount, thus look for this especially you are bringing in heavy item. Size won't matter but if the item is too big there is another charge to worry about. They collect GST, exempt if have ABN (not sure the details). Set your currency in setting for USD to avoid further conversion fee and pay with card that doesn't attract international fee.

    Yeah just use DHL or fedex to move that.
