Unloan is the only bank to come close to that rate but they don't offer $4k cashback.

Sorry, I meant at the end of it. They don't end up owning a house, they can't sell and get any capital gains.

Plus you'd be looking at additional rates fees etc.
so pushing closer to $800 a week before starting on the principle. So pretty much rent. The amount of interest paid on a house of this value would be horrendous.
Is 750k the loan size or property value?
