Netflix Price Reduction in Some Countries

I'm currently subbed via Turkey as per this post, with Netflix dropping prices up to -60% in some countries, does anyone know if there are cheaper regions now?

  How is this going to work with their newer security model? You be accessing through VPN and Netflix can see the number of accounts going through a handful of VPN IPs?

    VPN is just for Netflix billing, you don't watch via VPN.

  Post the Turkey price rise, I think Pakistan and Egypt will be cheaper
