Xbox 360 250Gb inlcuding the two games mentioned above. Including delivery price is $233 according to www.oanda.com and at the time of posting. Seems to be a pretty good deal considering the price of equivalent deals at our "beloved" Dick Smith are around $449.

Thought Microsoft (and sony) are making smaller cheaper versions of Xbox soon…. I dont know why anyone would buy one anyway at this point in time.
It depends when "soon" is - I just bought a PS3 although allegedly there will be a slimmer version coming out "soon" - if I have to wait another three months to use it I might as well buy it now. What's the difference anyway - you are not carrying it around like a laptop or tablet? Also, slimmer does not mean better necessarily - there is less space for air circulation for example. This is like a TV - you put it in one place and leave it there for a while - if it works, provides good qaulity and is excellent value for money then it should not matter in my humble opinion.
Only thing I would say with this is that when I rang Microsoft recently to check on imported Xboxes ability to access online services like Foxtel, they said non-Australian Xboxes wouldn't be able to access those things.
The support guy I was speaking to could have been wrong, but may be worth checking if you're thinking of importing one and don't want any issues.
