Family trip PER to LA in or around May 2013

I have been lurking here for awhile and read a few posts…
I am hoping you guys can keep an eye out and give me any tips on cheap flight to the US around May 2013. I want to take the kids to Disneyland.
With 2 adults and 4 kids its an expensive exercise so I'm hoping someone can pick up on a good deal (like the Ireland Expedia deal that was on a little while ago).
Otherwise, any other tips would be good. I could consider other entry points but they'd need to be West Coast realistically.
Otherwise, general tips on LA and surrounds vacations would be good. Like I said, done a bit of reading here already.
