Given the fact that you’re not a large retailer (department store, supermarket) and selling below what their promos normally are; bet is these are stolen goods.
I doubt they are stolen. More likely a bulk buy of sub standard product.

Beware bonds quality has nosedived.

Bonds used to be great quality.
They have obviously cashed in on the brand and use inferior production now but sell at same price
Once they moved manufacturing to China, it was game over.
