Woah I have $140 credit from referrals from the last deal I used in 2021, I'd never looked.
I've had a total of $1,175 with $475 pending. Don't hold high hopes of converting the ones who haven't signed up yet

Great first impression of the service.They've offered another free box so let's see if they can get the delivery address and instructions correct the 2nd time.
Did they just credit your account with the amount of the first box?
They also removed the delivery instructions from my order and driver said they couldn't find the place and provided credit, but it is charging delivery costs again.

While choosing my meals, I realised the free week credit code wasn't limited to 3 meals so I kept adding meals until I reached the limit which was 10 meals totalling $330.
I got everything yesterday and didn't even charge me delivery, so I basically got 10 meals for free. I feel bad but at the same time, the site let me add the meals?
Having said that, as a first time user of these types of services. I'm actually impressed so I may consider subscribing. That is once my month-long food supply is depleted lol.
Payment for my first delivery ($9.99) has been taken and delivery is being 'prepared' for Saturday…. My next payment ($135) is due tomorrow even though I've skipped the next two weeks…. Can I cancel my plan now and still get my delivery on Saturday? I don't want them to charge me the $135.
If you've skipped the following week it shouldn't be charging you for that week. If it does charge you I'd just contact support and ask them to refund it as you opted to skip that week.

EDIT: Just spoke to one of the CS, and stated that if you skipped the second box delivery, just ignore you won't be charged on that due date…

I have received mine and it's honestly pretty decent. Last time I tried Hello Fresh it was mediocre but it looks like they have got better.
Signed up using this offer, updated my referral link in Ozbargain. Got $30 credit. Then I see this "If you have credits, they will only be applied after all discounts have been used up." So I have to buy two more boxes using their $20 off per box discount before I can use my credits. Not happy
Call them and say you want to cancel the existing promotional credit on your account so you can use referral credit.
i deactivated my account and then reactivated it and used my credits them.

are you able to use this multiple times with new email addresses or debit/credit cards?
Tried with diff email and debit/credit cards didn't work for me. I got cancelation emails before it was sent. I'd love to know how they consider you a "new customer"
I only got $15 referral credit, I wonder if that’s bc it’s a new account? Thought it was suppose to be $25.
They vary. Sometimes there is none. You can see the amount when you click on send box.
