This morning I received the parcel from SE which contain the 2TB Samsung 970 Evo Plus. I'm not buy this product and looking to call their team to ask why this is ship to my address (With my detail correct). Is that the right way to handle this? Or can I wait for their call?
Edit 1: I called them but can't reach to anyone, so I emailed them.
Edit 2: I move recently and not made any orders from SE with my new address, so I more concern how SE can have my new detail.
Why not just call them (as you've said) and ask them what's going on?
