Recently bought this wireless charger. Works well with my Pixel 7 pro. Charges to full in 3 hours so really good for overnight charging. However, at first it's tricky to find the right angle to charge the phone.

No adaptor comes with it. Use of 20W+ adaptor is recommended. Finish is premium. Elsewhere it's much more expensive.

Does your pixel 7 pro get hot during recharge?

    • I have two different wireless chargers, one is a dual Cygnett one and is a solo one. Both of them make my phone hot, not sure how this will affect the battery in the long term though but I am also using an OtterBox case.
The dual one is great and charges quickly but the solo which is 20W is only useful for overnight charge even though it's in a 40W adapter

Yes. it does get hot. I have a TPU case on the phone.

  • Where does it say 20w adapter recommended?

Why is that if it's only 10w?

    • +4

Wireless charging operates at ~70% efficiency on average, if we assume 70% you'll be drawing about 14W from the adapter to wirelessly charge at 10W.

It was my personal opinion. The higher wattage adaptors are suggested normally for these.

  • Good to charge s21 ultra?

    • will work but 15w wireless chargers are recommended for quicker charging

  • +2

Those wireless charger are very slow. Actually charging with a cable is more practical when you are lying on Ben.

      Poor Ben

Ben might be into it. No need to kink shame.

Ben’s a cable guy - kinks are his kink.

    Thanks OP bought one.

Not sure why people are fussing over power / charging speed. Wireless chargers work great for fuss free charging over night.

Regardless of speed, you’re not going to be able to use the phone whilst it’s charging.

    • Exactly. My Poco X3 pro mobile's charging port died(giving it to my son after repair) therefore I bought a pixel 7 pro as it has wireless charging. I was looking for 15W and 20W chargers but then I saw this one and thought I only need to charge overnight and it will work. My phone charges in three hours to full I noticed so it fulfils the requirement.

  • Is the 10W the input (as in input to the charger) or output (input to phone) power? There are quite a few 10W and 15W chargers on the market whose spec actually says input 5V2A and 5V3A respectively. This means the 10W/15W are just the rated input power to the charger, and the phones are only getting 7W and 10W max.

  • any other recommendation around this price? anker or blitzwolf are any better?
