Hi there, I recently bought a bag from the duty-free shop in the departure hall of Sydney international airport. Since then, I have been having second thoughts about it and would like to return it.
I would be returning to Sydney this week. In the arrival hall, would I be able to walk to the departure hall where I bought my bag? Or will I be able to return the bag at the arrival hall since it is under the same company?
Any help on returns would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Very sure you can't just walk into the departure hall from arrival, you'll need to have a valid boarding pass (trough the transit gate and go through the security again). Just thinking about it, how do you leave the departure hall without boarding a plane … unless you are a staff of course!
I would think you can return the bag at duty free in the arrival, as you've said it's the same company! Good luck.
