    The hue motion sensors are excellent, fast cool down time and good range/width. I have not used the Eve but wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Hue, they are expensive though

      Thanks for your recommendation, I went for the Hue V2 @ $41.79 via eBay. I like the mount and the inclusion of a temp sensor

  I bought 3 last week at $69.95. Just contacted Amazon to get some credit & bought another one. This one works flawlessly with my FLIX & HomeKit.
