I am going to Europe (France, UK, Spain, Italy etc) using a fee free debit card and I want to know which banks do not charge fees for ATM withdrawals. Any advice/tips to save on currency conversion would be appreciated.
Thanks!

ING is the only one that will cover you for international ATM operator fees.
Citibank have plenty of fee free ram partners too, but not the non-bank atm chains like euronet.
On 5 ATM rebates per month if you meet their criteria.
Might surprise you but googling "international fee free debit card" shows many options
Or even in here https://www.ozbargain.com.au/search/node/international%20fee…
I think they're wondering about the operator-charged ATM fees and only ING rebates those.
I don’t think you understand what I wrote. I was asking which European Banks offer “FEE FREE” ATM withdrawals as my card is already a “FEE FREE” debit card. Might as well try googling aye!
You need to say the name of your card - it varies.
ING and then you can use any ATM. Also, press "credit" when withdrawing, or making purchases for that matter.
If the ATM itself is going to charge a fee, it will tell you this and ask you to confirm before it proceeds. So just try every ATM, see how it does and if it says it’ll charge a fee, cancel. And make a mental note of which brands do what.
In the UK, typically ATMs that belong to banks won’t charge a fee (and will usually have “free withdrawals” written on the machine), but those dodgy random ones will.
Your bank is a different story as people have outlined above.
This was my experience with a Citibank card in Italy, Germany,Austria, Czechia, Poland and Hungary last year.
ING also saved me a lot when purchasing flight tickets with currency conversion rebate.
I would imagine it depends on your bank account…. ask the bank?
