Just HODL for $69 or less if you can.

    • Do you think that will happen again? I really don't want to get it at this price but need one soon.

      • +5

It will definitely happen. Not sure when.

    • +2

i was tempted to get one when they were at that price, but i didnt have a ps5 at the time so i hesitated. im regretting that now lmao

      • I'm in exactly the same position lol, finally decided to trade in the ps4 pro last week.

What sort of OzBargainer are you?!!

    • Might be a while before they drop given the recent increase in console sales I reckon

      • If anything I reckon they will go on sale more frequently now that there is more console supply.

  • Keep an eye on Amazon Warehouse PS5 controllers usually pop up on there for around $80-$90. There are a couple on there atm for $95.

    • +2

No way. Probably have drift or broken trigger feedback

      • +1

If there are any problems you can just return for a refund no issues.

        • +3

A used PS5 controller should be worth $50 tops.

    • +4

Never buy used controllers. Not only is it gross but who knows what issues they have and how long they were used. For all you know someone bought from Amazon for the sole purpose of returning their used launch controllers with all sorts of issues.

      • Pretty much everything I have bought on there have looked new aside from damaged packaging.

        • Put It this way. I bought a new controller and the trigger feedback was broken. It was over 12 months (ie. Out of manufacturers warranty) to diagnose this because i bought it for pc and didn't own a ps5 until stock levels got fixed. No ps5 means you can't tell if the trigger feedback is broken. I would have bought another from amazon and returned my doa one because frankly I was entitled to a working one*.. Luckily i first fight for my rights under acl and actually Sony was awesome but i get 99% of people take the easy route and return doa or broken controllers

*note I bought the dualsense for pc but other than checking it wasn't doa i never used it to game so it definitely wasn't me that broke the triggers

      • Exactly this. Easy way to replace broken gear for free

  • +1

No way would I pay $100 for one. "Cheapest at the moment" is a poor excuse to post a bad deal.

    "Stock up" on Prime Day.

    • When is that happening?

      • +1

        Usually June.

        • Damn ok, need one sooner than that :(

  • +4

This is really not worthy of a post. Pretty much all retailers are essentially a dollar or slightly more expensive.

Also eBay cheaper as per the other post.

  • +1

Sorry $100 for these, especially the white, is not a deal.

    • +1

Thanks, thats a much better price!

  • +1

I love my PS5 controller on my PC w/ DSX, but this price is crap, sorry!

Whilst $69 is not often, they are quite frequently on sale for $79-85.

  • It's also the same price for black - https://www.amazon.com.au/DualSense-Wireless-Controller-Midn…

Although I agree that this is not a great deal and can be had for $30 cheaper if you're patient.

  • +2

Cheaper elsewhere and given the frequency of deals, not a bargain.

    • +-1 vote

      Cheaper price elsewhere

and every 1 to 2 months

  • +1

Nap.Not a deal at all, pretty sure the deal price is around 60-70.

    • +2

I got mine from a JB Hi-Fi deal and $10 perk off to be around $57

  • Surely there will be another JB Perks voucher or 10-15% off ultimate gift cards or other sales deals that’ll get the price lower if you don’t need it today.

  • Wouldn't have even bothered posting at this price, might as well be RRP.
