Threadless has a new sale starting today — Back to School with some t-shirts reduced to USD$9.99 + shipping.
$9 postage to Aust.
^this spot on. Theadless really needs to improve its shirt quality.
yeah they should call themselves Threadbare
Sad because they used to be very good quality. I still have their old t shirts that last until now. The newer ones are all gone
not bad….compared to most crap we buy in the overpriced Australian retail stores… but you guys are right, we need free shipping. Without that, i wont purchase any. i picked one, went to checkout and its $10 for the shirt and an additional $9 for shipping??? too high.
Agreed compare to craps they sell in OZ. $50 for a t-shirt with their logo all over it? PLZZZZZZ
I was tempted to get some shirts from threadless, but after reading these posts I feel a bit discouraged. Can you guys recommend a good alternative to get some decent t-shirts from?
I have alot of Threadless shirts, so far from the Guy shirts they are all good quality ones IMHO.
Brought some at the start of the year and still going strong today, even the print on the shirts are still in great condition.
Its a hit and miss… for the price they are and the unique options of prints on the shirts, its a good buy for $10.
Personal experience the guy Tees are better quality than the girl ones (type of material, still good but feels very thin compared) and my one are still great and i have alot of $10 tees from them now.
For the price great options, thats my shopping experience with Threadless,
(also some of the girl ones i have gotten for the MS are also going strong and she wears it every week and shirt and image are still going strong, thats from Jan when i gave it to her so yeah…)
Improve on the shirt quality first, then I will spend my beautiful $$$ on them.
And make sure you send out a letter or something to your customers telling them of the wonderful news.
I didn't check ozbargain when I bought 6 shirts from this deal. In the near future I'll be able to comment on quality (once they arrive), and then some time after I'll be able to comment on durability.
I resorted to buying clothes online because everything I found in stores was crap and made in China.
Oh come on. This is the normal price, and they haven't even thrown in shipping this time. It was ok ordering their less-than-average quality and strange fitting shirts when the shirts were $6 and shipping was included for multiple orders - but seriously, $10 is a lot of money to pay for lower quality clothing, no matter how good it looks when new.
