Same. Disconnected the aerial during an audio change around and never had a reason to reconnect it.
My old man thinks I'm mental !and the constant ads
That’s why i don't watch foxtel fullstop
But it's only like $130/month?!
Only used to watch free to air tv for weekday simpsons and maybe would randomly flick to sbs from 11-1am to see if I could chance some random European art house movie with some nudity. Ah the 90s.. it was a simpler time
Are you me?
Is this what it’s like, when doves cry?
Just when MAFS is on..
I saw that Mass Air Flow Sensor documentary also. Bloody awesome. Always watch the repeats.
I watched it everyday for a week recently. Wow it's gone to the shitter. The same 5 ads and all these American shows about building decks, buying homes in Florida and other shit.
buying homes
Husband: I collect beanie babies
Wife: I paint rocks and sell it on Etsy
Both: we have a combined budget of 4.5 million
Wife: I paint rocks and sell it on Etsy
Oooohhhh …..obvious high net-worth side hustle!
all these American shows about building decks
The New Zealand version is much better 😏
ABC’s iview.
ABC Live on YouTube.
will have local news on while getting dinner ready and then watch jeopardy later if its on.
World Cup. No ads during live game
Rest of FTA unwatchable7.30, Foreign Correspondent, The Weekly with Charlie Pickering, Four Corners, Australian Story are some of my regulars.
Need another option for me: watch it a few times a year
AFL grand final, maybe a few other thingsThe shows are mostly crap, I can't watch what I want when I want, AND THE EFFING COMMERCIALS.
VPN
Qbittorent
and I just quietly sit there watching my Linux Distros download. My TV antenna lost some channels a few years ago after a storm. Saw no point in getting it fixed or replaced.
A few times a year. Wish we didn't have to watch CH9 but they have exclusive (live) rights to a few NRL games.
Only for sports.
I'm watching live TV right now.
Never. Don't even have aerial connected to TV anymore. Simply cannot stand the garbage content on TV nowadays and the constant ads sprinkled with some cut up movies/shows.
Aside from occasional sports, I see no reason to do so.
