Ultimate Gift Cards Not Working Online

Part warning, part seeing if anyone else is having issues, but a number of Ultimate Gift Cards don't seem to work online recently. My examples:

Ultimate Teen (with Rebel on the package) - Didn't work at Rebel Sports online
Ultimate Her - Didn't work at The Body Shop online
Ultimate Eats - Didn't work at Subway online
Ultimate Him - Didn't work at Timezone online.

I did contact Ultimate Gift Cards about the Ultimate Her issue and they said sometimes vendors update their EFTPOS machines without telling them and it causes issues. Very poor reply given an online purchase has nothing to do with EFTPOS, but maybe they mean the online processing platform. However, it seems to be pretty widespread that there are issues as per my example above.

    Who did you get tot the conclusion of "seems to be pretty widespread that there are issues"?

      Because of 5 online uses I've tried that are supposed to work, 4 haven't worked. Only a 20% rate of it actually working at listed stores.

        One person with issues does not equal widespread.

          I'm not the only one with issues at the stores, at least 3 of those 4 don't work for anyone (haven't confirmed yet if Rebel is an issue for everyone)

          And again this is just from the very limited number of listed stores I've tried, must be quite a few more listed stores that don't actually work.

    I have had issues loading these to an ewallet. Have not managed to do it at all. If anyone can help much appreciated. Read and tried to follow discussion over numerous threads but still failed.

    Doesn't work at JB HiFi if the value of the cart items is more than that of the ultimate card. Only one credit/debit card can be used.
