Hi everyone. I had a really bad drawn-out experience with the PLUSH delivery service, and since then I've been checking in to productreview.com.au every now and again to see if they are still giving people the runaround. It seems they are, there are so many one star reviews, yet their total rating is still quite high, and they seemed to have received an award?!
Excuse the language but it's (profanity), I was treated so badly, they always reply to the reviews but never actually follow up, I just feel like they are pulling a fast one and getting away with it, I have posted link to the review site and my review. Has anyone else been burnt by them?
**Edit: I bought chair from their outlet centre, 9.5kms away. It was floor stock. All they had to do was drive it from the store to my apartment. I offered to pick it up myself they refused.
How long has it been?
If they're not delivering in a reasonable time and won't let you pick it up, demand a refund. If you paid by credit card, do a chargeback
