  • If we wanted to buy through Peek A Paw, how do we organise a price match from another competitor (eg: Pet Circle?)

    • I've had no trouble by just showing their website at the counter. Not sure why the downvotes since Allen explicitly states he welcomes price matching if shipping isn't economical.

      • Sorry, you've misunderstood what I was asking. I was asking how to get Peek-A-Paw to pricematch the price from Pet Circle. Not how to get Pet Circle to price match Peek-A-Paw.

        • Sorry we don't do pricematch. We just do the best prices we can do and that's why we rarely sell products at original prices and also don't promote products at super low prices. Generally I can guarantee our prices are the best but for particular products during particular periods they're not.

  • Call out for Peek-A-Paw, the delivery provider they engage for deliveries to VIC is Couriers Please… and they're dreadful. They took 6 business days to deliver my parcel after picking it up from Allen. So don't rely on them if you're running out of food and need a re-supply within the next fortnight.

    • Thanks for your info and that's true. Couriers Please is not as reliable as Auspost but is the best choice for us at the moment compared with other courier companies. We're getting a better rate from Auspost and it'll be one option in the near future.
