This calculator sheet finds the fair value of a stock investment based on the present value of its future income using 5 simple steps.

DCF is part of value investing analysis, where the aim is to find great undervalued stocks.

If the DCF is higher than the current cost of the investment, the opportunity maybe worthwile and could result in great returns.

Strange concept. The "formula" has variables that an educated investor would want to work out themselves.

I'd imagine there are cells for this but… I'd just tye into any search engine "dcf for <ticker symbol>" & you should get a variety of values that you can make a decision on.
