How does the Ice Maker work?
Just pour one and a half litres of drinking water into the icebox, plug the unit in and select on the control panel whether you want the chiller or freezer to work in conjunction with the ice-maker. It's as simple as that.
25mins later your first batch of ice will drop out into the icebox and this just keeps going until it beeps to tell you it has run out of water and needs more (after about 3 hours). It will make you about 15KG of rock hard little ice cubes per day.
The same time it's making ice it's also cooling down the freezer box to -5 ° C (for freezing) or to 5 ° C (for chilling drinks etc) depending on whether you push the "Freezer" or "Chiller" button on the soft touch control panel.
