$10 for the referrer and referee, after the referee makes at least 2 spends (not a request/split bill), using Bano Mastercard, over $5. Referee must also split bill on a bill paid using Bano Mastercard with another Bano user (not a manual split bill).

One of the best features if the 'split bill' system, if you were to purchase a coffee for yourself and a friend. You would get the 1.8% cashback, but then you can split the bill each paying $5.50 or whatever. You will get an additional 1-20% cashback of your share of the bill (so 1-20% of $5.50 + 1.8%) your friend does not need to have Bano, butif they do, they also get 1-20% cashback on their split.
I use it with my work mates and splitting the bill on groceries, easily have over $250 cash back since Nov 2022.

I've got an account but haven't use it. I was wondering how long it takes to transfer the money from my regular bank account to Bano. If i'm out and I see they have a eal will the money go straight into the account so I can make a purchase?
I think my first transfer did take a couple of hours, but after that it is pretty instant. Might be worth just putting $20-$30 in now so you are ready when you need to purchase.
In relation to the Nene cashback, chat asked me to upload a receipt and then once I did that they credited the $10 immediately (as I spend more than $30).
@koplik8 I setup Google Pay to transfer money from my main savings account to Bano. This is instant. I basically do it as I'm at checkout and make sure I don't have too much in Bano
@JHoliday The cashback from purchases can take a few days to reach your account. The split bill function is instant however.
I wish they used leaner chicken, stuff tastes great but the chicken itself is shyte.
