Need to travel to China.
In the past, I have gotten the China Unicom "Cross Border King" ( from Hong Kong )
This gave me firewall free internet in China.
Does anyone know if this still works? Or are there other sims?

That idea has been shot down previously.
A friend just went there during the lunar new year and claimed that Google & WhatsApp still work for him. Not sure what sim he got but those un-firewalled sim are still around for travelers.
get a HK + China sim card from https://mobimatter.com/ from memory you are looking at 45USD for 45 GB of data. Note: once you run out it shapes the speed to 128k, however for some reason mine was not shaped at all
all roamed sims are VPN'ed back to the issuer country so theoretically any HK or Macau SIM will do

You use to be able to get them on ebay. But I think some laws changed and now you can only get them in hk
Going via Singapore by any chance?
Singapore has a great prepaid SIM with great international roaming rates which include ChinaFlying Qantas or Cathay. So I think they stop HK only
