Is Complaint Database with NSW Fair Trading Publically Accessible?

i was curious if anyone knows if all the complaints made about business, a public database?

so anyone can search for business (abn number) and then see formal complaint history?

what other information is public with abn number?

      They appear to turn over a hell of a lot low paid international employees, so I doubt the "quality" is high for whatever their business is.
