Hot tip: deactivate your account after the first delivery and then proceed to create a new account with another email to take advantage of the 45% off again. Repeat the process for future deliveries.

You can use the same delivery address, payment method, phone number, name etc. I have done it multiple times with no problems.

    • Are these meals suitable for freezing?

      • +6

In my experience they’re not suitable for eating. Never tried freezing one, doubt it would’ve helped!

        • This is the comment of the year right here haha i personally moved to lite n easy much better quality food and actully taste like food

      • according to their facebook:

Fresh is best, but frozen does the trick!
You can keep our meals on hand in the freezer for up to 3 months (we just recommend steering clear of the fish and salads) ❄️

  • I find they freeze well except for the meals where there is a separately bagged sauce.

Recently they rang me for a promo deal, saying that they'd give me a discount if I was to place an order - and that they could just put the discount on my account for whenever I was ready to place that order. Then I got billed and received a shipment notification that an order was on its way.

They have turned in to an absolute shitshow of a company, and seem to do slimey things like this now. Managed to get a refund and have it cancelled, but between that, and the quality of the food now just being almost "freezer meal" level, definitely can't recommend them anymore.

And if you're a previous customer, definitely recommend that you request they delete your payment details.

YouFoodz are getting desperate. Haven't used them in years and they send me an offer in the mail offering me up to $220 off………MY FIRST 7 BOXES!
Yeah nah YouFoodz was good back in the day for convenience during busy periods but 7 boxes of Youfoodz? I'd likely OD on blandness!

  • It is really new household only? Then why i get this on my lettbox? I have bought before.

  • So how much is each meal after discount roughly? Im confused 45% off first box. What is box? One meal is one box?

    • if you click go to deal - you can choose how many meals you get in the box.

      • Ah.. so its like 45 off first order.
Hmm if each can go to $4 i dont mind ordering again.

  • Also retrying them after a long hiatus based on this offer and the current Shopback flash offer. BUT the caveat/concern is they advertise 45% off their first box and 20% off subsequent boxes, but they sting you for $9.99 delivery for each subsequent box after your first one is delivered 'free'.

The whole convoluted process is designed to 'trick' you into just 'setting and forgetting', but if you're ordering 18 meals a week, it's an initial (admittedly) great saving for the first box, and then not much of one for the 2nd, 3rd etc. if you haven't cancelled already by then as others mentioned.
