Was looking for a decent boot drive, found this one. Compare to other 7XXX SSD, this one is much cheaper.

Most sites are quoting 740TBW for 1TB. 2960TBW is the 4TB version.
Thanks for pointing that out, its listed misleading on the BPC website. 740TBW for 1TB is mediocre.
also write speeds is quoted as 5500MB/s for the 1TB aswell.
So, just like Phison E18, for InnoGrit IG5236, 1TB isn't the best optimised.
@netsurfer: still bought one for a boot drive.
Bought, great price given the performance being comparable to top-end drives. Thanks OP.
Now 2TB under 200 would be awesome!
Holding firm!
NAND prices are just dropping and dropping at the moment so we should see a lot more SSD deals.
ill bite when 4tb are $200
Would this work with PS5?
Yep should.
All those people defending microsoft at launch for their Xbox storage price must be feeling pretty stupid as NAND gets cheaper, and the xbox storage hasn't changed price.
Well, Microsoft blocking DIY solutions is quite annoying. It's just CFastExpress, but no, it's Microsoft's way or the high way.
Thanks! Was also looking for a boot drive for a new PC. Hopefully by the time I get around to finishing it, 2TB will be cheaper and I can expand on another slot.
2960TBW for 1TB is impressive by today's standards
