KFC Feedback survey offer has been updated (downgraded). Must be due to the potato shortage.

Receive a 600ml drink when you leave feedback at kfcfeedback.com.au. Minimum spend $4.95.

There is no longer a different reward for spending $19.95+.

*Conditions apply. To receive validation code, make a purchase, retain receipt from your KFC purchase and complete the online survey. To redeem, print/write down validation code on the original KFC receipt and show to staff at the KFC restaurant.

    Was still given the chips and drink tonight, will enjoy it while it lasts. Took a while for my local HJ's to stop giving the survey chips and drink after it officially ended, so I guess will be similar with KFC.

    Anyways, better to get a 4piece addon and a medium drink, saving extra

    i think its better to get more drink… , as you can do the hack of 4 pcs for $6.95, that should be enough for 1 meal without need to eat chips.

    just had it and the girl say oh you didnt know about no chips? well okay if you want i still can give you.

      Haha, I come to ask the same question.

      Ordered through app, showed a receipt with validation code during pickup, they said I need to present it during order from counter.

      So, sounds like not possible through app. Which sort of makes sense, there's minimum interaction with the store when ordered online, so they want to limit this to in-store experiences.

        Nope. Just lazy/incompetent/untrained staff. Never had an issue claiming survey receipt with an app order..

          Interesting. maybe due to store policy.

          The team member went to check with other team members, then the supervisor, they talked for about 5 minutes and concluded that I can't get a free drink while picking up an online order.

          Who knowns, maybe that particular store falls short on drinks all the time, so they are being cautious when giving out free drinks.

    I rang my store and asked for their store number, noted it down then checked my order in the app for order number and was able to do the survey.

    Have put a note on my phone now for the store no.
    so I can get this done with app orders.

    hardly go to KFC anymore….used to at last a couple of times a month and use the feedback for free chips and drink. Also doesn't help that the large chips are at least 2/3 of the size they used to be. At least they could have kept the large bottle 1.25l of drink for orders over $19.95 instead of now just a 600ml bottle for any price order over $4.95

    it amazing how much different prices of pepsi 600mL KFC has
    Its free if you have a previous purchase, do the survey and make another purchase
    its full price on its own
    its cheaper if bought as part of a meal
    its $2 as an addon on specific meals
    its another price if you up size from the can
    some stores sometime give them at a cheaper price when overstocked and date is closer to expiry
    this is a deliberate attempt to confuse the customer.

    So I've noticed it's now a QR Code you get and you'll get an email with a claim code.
    I had multiple receipts and tested how this works - I actually got an email to complete survey as well, so Initially i did this and I got an email.
    I used first receipt from the order and tried to claim to the same email, it said I can only do 1 per email every 30days.
    So i used the same receipt and used a different email but I got an email saying it's been done already.
    2nd receipt and 2nd email - works fine.
    I suspect you will get a survey email and physical receipt to get 2 on 2 emails.
    For the next time to test! I now have 3 codes, so I'd hope I don't use it all within 30days…..

    I love that I don't need to keep one in my wallet now :)

      We’ve had people with stacks of them in their wallet come through drive thru and try to redeem them all at once

    i preferred the old small drink and small chips deal, but now just buy a burger and have the free drink, guess no chips it’s better for dietary purposes. when ordering on phone you can ask for the receipt when at the counter for next time.
    it’s a great deal, even if you order a combo take the drink home ….

    The 30 days interval seems to be strict in the new system.I made multiply purchases within last 30 days and it either didn't sent out the email after I finished the sruvey or didn't even print the QR code in the receipt.
    KFC do care about our health.

      So yeah what’s the new way of getting this free drink? My screenshot number code of 3 years got denied, they said I have to get an email and click on some link to get a code or some shit??

      I get the normal receipt email (coz I order via app) but I don’t see any links or reference to apply for a drink… anyone know more about this?

      1) Papar receipt: scan QR code on front of receipt (well I didn’t get any code from kfc email)
      2) fill in online survey
      3) present coupon code email to a team member to redeem

      So what’s the difference with this new system? Once I find out how to get this new “coupon code”, I’m just going to screenshot and show this to them. Not like the previous code they would do anything with it anyway and I laugh when the ska you to put the number on the receipt… yeah like they log it, they just chuck it in the bin orobbaly after 🤪

        I do not get feedback invitation email each time when ordering online, one in ten they will send me the feedback email when ordering online but if you pay cash over the counter, the printed receipt always has the QR code. Some stores check the date of the coupon code must within 14 days,

      I ordered via mobile app (no receipt) and got the survey (Qualitrics) via email. The survey link itself is unique and expires in 3 days

    With the you have used this email in the last 30 days stopping you claiming more then one.

    KFC sees it as different email addresses but gmail sends everything to [email protected]

    Even though I’ve only had one manager verify the code, most just glance at it and give you the drink.

    I use to do the feedbacks all the time (probably kept my local KFC in business at the time). This was when you do a little survey and they give you a code. Now it's changed to once a month & you have to jump through hoops to do it. Not worth it anymore.

        Originally you just got to the feedback website & answer a couple of questions then they give a code. Now you gotta register email, get the app, scan QR code & do feedback on phone. Too much hassle for a free drink.
