Not that I think the chances of an Aussie winning are high, but be careful about both voltage and power frequency if you do happen to win. If these are the US machines, they'll want 110V at 60Hz, particularly the grinder. Using a step-down converter to take our 240V wall power to 110V is easy enough (even if slightly expensive, and you end up with a shoe-box brick of a converter on your kitchen benchtop), but converting frequency is prohibitively expensive. Things like the motor in the grinder, if they're not tuned for both 50Hz & 60Hz power, will not get as many power cycles per second as they expect, so they'll run slower, less efficiently, etc. The coffee maker might be dual-voltage/dual-frequency, but not always. The likely problem there is more to do with timing, if the machine uses the power frequency for the internal clock.
