I am still yet to find anything better than the $660 (approx) from mobicity. Has anyone got a better price than this?

Nope. Not for an aussie stock with 2 yrs warranty. I got mine from DSE using my staff discount card and the wish gift card from entertainment book. Was 10% off 747 so I got it for ~$675.

Try eBay.

If you don't mind a phone that's 2nd hand, you can get 1 sub $550 and they come with warranty too if the seller sells it with paperwork. Make sure you ask first as some sellers will not give you a copy of their invoice/contract. There are also brand new phones with full warranty. I bought mine for ~$530 but it is over a month old although hardly used (as the buyer didn't like the android operating system). It also came with contract for the remainder of 24 months warranty. Telstra stock.
