I can vouch for this chair. I've been using it since last year. My back pain is all but gone while working on this chair. It does come back when I am driving. Not sure if I can do anything about the seat in my car.

It does have a sort of lumbar support.
I didn't like the chairs at IKEA. Maybe they are better for the smaller size people though.

The armrests are too firm for me tbh and they do not lower enough for me personally. The adjustability is great though. Also I think I now realise I prefer the comfort of a cushion seat as opposed to mesh.
hi, thats my concern too. i am short guy and i prefer the armrest to be lower than 68cms from ground. is it not possible to remove the armrest and use this chair without the armrest?
