Lots of deal posts for Samsung products include a "loyalty discount". I'm just wondering how everyone gets one? Is it a target email or something?

I tried through livechat, but they just pointed me to the current sale and trade in offer on galaxy phones :(

No. Not working in edu store. Have tried before.
Do LG offer anything similar for loyalty? I can't seem to find anything.
You call their general enquiries line and they give you one over the phone. Usually ask to confirm you have an existing Samsung device. Sometimes don't.
