Wondering if anyone can recommend conveyancer in Sydney who specialises in property transfers?
So, transfering from one person to another. So aware of cgt implications, first home home stamp duty exemption on the receiver side and other formalities.

I thought conveyancer is the person who does the transferring similar to when you buy the property.
They do the transfer, they're not going to do your taxes for you.
CGT is paid as part of your year end income tax return, not part of the transaction of sale. They'll also calculate the stamp duty and transfer it but they probably won't be able to tell you the transferrable value, you'll need to talk to someone to understand whether it's arms length or not what valuations you need.

Not sure if you will get somone who acts for both parties
if you are wanting advice on CGT issues, you are going to be better off getting at least a solicitor or more preferably talking to an accountant.
