ShopBack Issuing 2 $50 JB Hi-Fi GiftCards with Same Voucher Code

Just wanted to find out if anyone had encountered Shopback issuing 2 $50 JB Hifi gift cards with the same voucher code?

Purchased quite a few gift cards today when ShopBack were offering 6% and I have now discovered 2 have exactly the same code number. So I have a $50 JB Hifi gift card I can’t use.

I have price held on a camera till midnight that I want to purchase and have gone through there web chat which is just a bot which told me they will get back to me in 1-2 days.

I’m thinking I will have use vouchers that working and try and ask for a refund for the $50 one that isn’t valid as I need to purchase tonight.

    I had an even worse experience buying AirBnB gift cards through Shopback on January 25th. I bought 20 x $100 cards and three pairs had identical numbers. Although Shopback admits that this happened, they refuse to refund until they get a response from AirBnB. Pointing out that my contract is with Shopback and their internal problems with AirBnB are no concern of mine leaves them totally unmoved. My only bad experience with them but it's not a minor one.
