Free sample of their face wash (for males). I have been using an older version of their body wash as soap irritates my skin. It was better than the regular body washes I have been using. The blurb on the web site says:

NB no expiry date given on the web site so the date above is bogus, sorry.

called to tell them i wasnt happy. I was told that it was only at the weekend that requests 'went viral' and they realised they couldnt cover the requests. No explanation regarding why requests from 3 weeks ago wre not being honoured or why it took so long to deal with it.
Originally told that my information would not be used for any marketing purposes. Later I was told that I needed to unsubscribe online or they could do it over the phone.
