If it's a game only available via Steam, they do. Else, no.
I tried to get that UFO aftermath and have the same kind of issues, it says that I own the game but I can't seem to figure out how to actually download it? I even downloaded that Capsule but on the tab marked "my games" it still isn't there?? Is there a "download game" button that I am missing??
It should have been in your games list with a "Download" option.
If you don't I'd suggest contacting GMG support. They'll probably relink it to your account
