I used a referral code from ozbargain to sign up for Meta account before registering a new Quest 2.
The referral did not work and I have been in contact with Meta support to try and get it fixed.
Is there a way to find the details of the referral that I used as I did not record any details about it and meta support are now asking for:
Sender/receiver's full name
Sender/receiver's email linked to Meta account
Sender/receiver's username
Screenshot of referral code

They could contact the person with the referral code, they might be happy to give away the info to get the referral bonus

If OP doesn't know, we don't know. If they had a link or code that they used, then yes, we can contact the user in the system.

huh i thought with oculus referral the ozb referral link will send message? as they need to become friend on facebook then invite from messager?
(so its not just straight code)
Referrals for meta have changed for a while now, no longer need to fb invite
ah i see when they remove the requirement of fb must be.
I have a referral link after buying a Quest 3 but can't save it under my referral profile as Oculus here… says wrong format. Any ideas?
Maybe recheck the code from where you got it or get another one via ozbargainer referral system

Considering (oculus) got no record of it maybe you can just use another random one
