      No PayPal is done at time of purchase.

      They won't be dispatching on a Saturday the warehouse is closed.

    I can see that your recent order #***** is on hold due to a system glitch and we are currently in the process of contacting all customers effected by this.

    As you would of known, you have received multiple discounts that we leaked onto a 3rd party website.
    Please note that we are only able to honour one of the 25% off discounts for two Royal Canin products.
    You can also keep the auto delivery discounts of course but however, if you wish to continue with order #******, the other two discounts ($*** and $***) will have to be removed and the remaining balance paid.

    To cancel your order, you don’t need to do anything. If we have not heard from you within 48 hours (by 4pm AEST Wednesday 25th January 2023) your order will be automatically cancelled.

      It's a price error and a pretty significant one at that, is it really that big of a deal to just let it go?

      You can try your luck and every now and then a store will honour it, but you can't expect every business to do so.

        They allowed stacking of codes but now they don't want to allow stacking of codes.

    I think they will honour all the stacking but with caps, will see told, i replid to cancel half my order so it is with the $55 limit will see if i still get the 80% off if within the limit

      That's what they want people to do. Companies need to get in the habit of honouring mistakes for good will

      I remember when Virgin had massive error fares to Asia (Singapore Airlines code share) and honoured it. Shortly after I had to fly for work for the day a few times a week. I had the choice to fly either Qantas or Virgin. I took the Virgin option after the good will from Virgin. I ended up as a Platinum flier and they well and truely made their money back from me. Companies need to look at the bigger picture of their brand - especially when they are not mum and dad small businesses (whom I can understand would be a massive shit in terms of cashflow - if not anything else).

    I ordered when the deal was first posted (it was 50% off rather than 75% off) and I just got the shipping notification, they have honoured my whole massive order

    • They have honoured my full order at the 50% rate so I am very happy. To be fair I think their response is perfectly reasonable. They still are honouring the deal within a reasonable business allowance. I wouldn't want to screw over a business over what appears to have been an oversight.

      • No where have they offered to reduce your order to come within those allowances.

        It's pay the difference or cancel.

        That's not today if you ask, they might do it. But they have not offered that as an option as the own accord.

        • The way I read the email others have posted is that they will honour up to the allowances of each coupon. You can choose to pay the difference to fit within the allowance or cancel and get a refund. That's how I read it Anyways. I think that's pretty reasonable. $55 per coupon is actually still a great discount.

            They will give you the maximum discount on your existing order and then the remaining balance you must pay or cancel the entire order.

            The email makes it ambiguous, which is why I said, they may allow you to change the order of you push for it.

            But they are under no obligations to let you change the order to a reduced quantity.
