Has anyone used these guys before? Are they reliable? Their prices seem to be the lowest.

Purchasing JR Pass in Sydney
Comments
cheaper than jtb and klook need a few 5 day jr east passes to get to hakuba next month. company registered in 2000 looks legit, but might get flight centre to price match.
Not listed on the ATAS website. (RED FLAG)
https://www.atas.com.au/I purchased from them in 2017 and it was a smooth transaction. I picked up from their Sydney office.
my worry is how are they in still in business after years of no japan travel
I purchased from them six times between 2015 and 2019 … their Sydney office is super convenient to QVB & Town Hall station. I could order around 8am and receive an email saying it's ready to pickup after 2pm that day ! I will be ordering again in a month or so.
What can I say, I'm just a satisfied customer …
Bought a 14 day pass from them late last year, can confirm they're legit. Picked up from their offices in CBD Sydney. The owner is this old Japanese guy - really nice too
Purchased from them in 2018 and 2019. Can confirm they are reliable and able to collect the exchange order same/next day depending on what time you order.
Bought 4 Green passes from them recently and I'm using them as we speak. Very reliable company and super quick domestic shipping of your orders.

Ended up booking with them. Super fast service, booked online and received an email saying that it's ready to pick up within half an hour. Super nice service from the staff in the office
