I'm thinking to advertise my land for nomination on Realestate.com and will be giving away at contract price. I haven't seen any such ads so was wondering if it is ok to do so. I'm planning to use the DIY real-estate websites who advertise properties on websites. Anyone here who can share their experiences with such websites and which ones are good?
Note: I have permission from the developers to nominate.

Thanks! It's in Ballarat.
I guess the real question is, can you advertise on RealEstate.com.au without being a Real Estate Agent or Agency? I reckon you might not be able too…….
Is it like Car Sales where dealers and private people can advertise?
Pretty sure you cannot advertise on Realestate.com.au without being a RE agent. Otherwise everyone would be bypassing them and just listing their houses for sale and savings 10s of thousands on useless REs.
As OP said, there are "DIY websites" (aka licensed real estate agents with subscriptions to realestate.com.au) who limit their service to just listing on the big websites.
I think some of the other property websites let people list direct but it's probably fair to say you wouldn't want to sell without having it on the biggest one - realestate.com.au
There are DIY websites like forsalebyowner.com who have subscription of Real-estate.com and let us use them. It's meant to bypass the agent and their commission.
Seen plenty of these on marketplace. Might be the easiest option to start.
Yes had it on marketplace for a while with no success so thinking to spend some money to minimise loss.
Location of land. I see no issues
