Just a note to check your latest OVO bill if you have solar as they have said they moved to a new system and my solar feed in was not included at all on the bill. They are now putting out a new bill but may not have only been my bill with the mistake.
Prior to the forced migration to their new system, I have had zero issues with OVO energy.
Just to name a few of the issues encountered with their new system:
- Solar credits not showing up for two bills.
- Direct debit stopped working on their side (funds were going to the old account #).
- Credit card payments made on my side (approved and settled - email confirmation received from OVO Energy) not showing up on their side. They keep asking for screenshots of their own OVO portal and bank statements. WTF!
- Unhelpful and rude customer support rep.
