I use a couple of power banks for my heated vest in winter. The problem is that the heated vest drains the lithium ion batteries down to zero seriously shortening the batteries' lifespan.
Do any small powerbanks exist that have an audible warning when they are down to say, 10% or 30%?

Working outside in the winter at night-time in the Western Suburbs where it can sometimes drop below zero.

Powerbank output is regulated so the voltage isn't supposed to drop…
you'd need to wire the alarm inside the powerbank itself
so you would rather buy new powerbanks than use your old ones till they die
