Does Anyone Make a PSU to Power Supply Adaptor

Well I have a couple of 800w psu's here that put out 780w (75A) I currently run quick connect cables into standard terminal strips.

But it's messy and carnt easyly parrell up 12v rails.

So wondering does anyone make a nice little connection box to do this.

Why do I need so much 12v well over the backyard I have a old 42" led light bar as well as my new spot lights are a matched l needed to power them up as there beam patterns are different (rigid adapt xp)
I also have it looping down to a few 12v sockets and 2 Anderson plugs which run a ridge or 2 before camping or during a party (fridge has no 220v input)

I'd also like to have a 2nd set up as a bench power supply.

You can get little breakout boards like this.

Though I normally just cut the wires I need and put them in the terminal blocks…

    • Yeah it’s 12v just be normal and terminal block it - can go wagos if you want to get a bit fancy lol

  • Do you mean you want to use a computer PSU for outdoor use?

If that's the case I highly don't recommend them for anything serious. I've seen computer PSUs rust when stored in a shed. There's absolutely no weather proofing. The materials will rust/corrode easily just from humidity and the damp. The gaps in the housing vents and fans make them a great home for insects.

    • No not outdoor, there simply a cheap high current 12v DC power supply.

My shed is as water tight as my house.

  • +2

i've got a breakout board like this https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004967730043.html

    • That's good but using the ATX pin header will not give me access to all the rails

      • Looking at the images, both the A & B models here give you access to the +12v, -12v, +5v & +3.3v rails from the ATX header.
Do you mean that you also want access to the 12v rails in the AUX, PCIE plugs??

        • Yes. My psu has 3 X 12v rails.
