Thinking of doing a trip in Seychelles. Any tips from those who've been?
- Did you book any tour before/when you got there?
- Did you find it safe?
- Which island did you like best?
- What was the best attraction?
TIA

Why not just go to a more closer island like Fiji or Vanuatu or Cook Islands
I suspect because they want to go to the Seychelles.
All the same.
Even the three you mentioned are not the same.
Because the flag is so much cooler.
That must be where that famous lady comes from. You know -
She sells seashells by the seashore
You're showing your age there, Mr Bond!
Well, I am a cunning linguist
We went in 2016, and Seychelles is amazing!
My suggestion would be to do as many islands as possible (apart from the main island, we went to Praslin, Curiese and La Digue), get out onto the water and do some snorkelling (or diving if that is your thing). Seychelle has some of the clearest waters I have ever been in, and on their beaches - powdery white sand, do not miss Anse Lazio (it felt so magical there). There is a local bus on the main island to get you around.
I'd suggest staying in Praslin and then doing day tours. There was one island which we did a tour, I can't remember the name, I need to search my FB photos, but you get out onto a speedboat, they drop you off one end, and you see 100+-year-old and giant tortoises at the start, then you make you way around the island to the other side (takes about 2hours) before you have buffet lunch and enjoy some more free time. Purest waters I have ever seen.
I would go back in an instant if I had the chance, and I would highly recommend people visiting Seychelles.
