Pretty mush exactly 24 hours ago the same deal was posted. Will this be a daily event now?

    • +1

      not at this price

      • +2

True, it was more than $10 cheaper

  • +18

    Your code isn’t working mate

Edit: you jacked up the price from $246.50 to $264.99 on your eBay store

Basically it’s the same price as your previous post for the $300 SIM as you made it the same price after discount to your normal website price (if your coupon code that you entered for this deal works)

    • Code is targeted but he's jack so he doesn't care

    • Did he jack because eBay doesn’t cover it or cause people made him aware of the eBay in the first place.

      • +1

I believe it’s the latter. Couple of OzBargainers pointed out in the rep’s previous post saying their eBay store is cheaper with the eBay coupon and now that’s not the case anymore

  • Do I have to activate before Feb, given this is not a cashback deal?

  • +8

Post's to ozbargain then jacks the price lol.

  • Code is definitely targeted. Doesn't work for me. No deal.

  • +1

Price Jacked, just post ad here to get traffic to his page.

  • +2

Need to put "targeted" or remove the post, as the code does not work.

  • When Boost Mobile/Telstra Prepaid states that my Credit will Expire 15/01/2023 does that mean at middningt tonight,

or middnight tomorrow (still have plenty spare data to use haha)?

    • +1

Even though I should know the answer I never trust it and usually recharge a day earlier. So far they’ve gotten me for five extra days or whatever lol.

      • +1

Haha, know what you mean. Makes it harder to remember when you activate 5 or more various telco

companies/sims, and they sometimes change their rules too. Got a txt from Boost earlier to tell me to re-charge as

my credit will expire 11;59 15/01/23 so that answers my question anyway. I get all of tomorrow for data usage and

will call Optus monday with txt security code to port over.

Getting the most out of my 12 month Boost Prepaid sim haha.

        • are you going to go back to boost? where are you going in the interim?

          • +1

@191919: Went from my old Boost 12 month $150 Sim to an old Optus prepaid $30 Sim starter pack that was expiring in March 23, so wanted to use that up for 28 days before I then port over to Telstra Prepaid 12 month $300 Sim starter pack (got on last deal $238+- delivered here). I travel a lot regional/rural, and although happy with Boost I find Telstra still has better range/speed out in some areas in the sticks lol. I then activate new Sim packs with either of all 3 carriers depending on my needs and deals/expiry dates.

            • @ozhunter68: thakns for the detailed response :)

              • +2

@191919: All good. Felt patient for few minutes and felt it was a genuine question.
Keep in mind everyone's use case is different and we all need to work out what works best for us in specific areas for our budgets and convenience. I used to port and activate many new Sims, but find since 2020 the rules really tightened up and getting harder and takes more time.

            • @ozhunter68: Really confused on how you would have different reception (range/speed) with Telstra and Boost, it's the exact same network, they both use the Telstra retail network. If you were talking about Belong or any other Telstra MVNO then yes, you would see a difference as they use the wholesale network which has less coverage, especially in regional/rural areas. 🤔

Who is + voting on this non-deal?

    • Lucky mobile associates

  • Unlucky?

  • shabby bait and switch

  • Seller is slow as, even when you pay for express postage….

  • If I am an existing Boost customer I understand that I need to port out then back in… Can I port out to Telstra? or does it need to be a non Telstra wholesale provider?

  • +1

thanks for the feedback everyone. ordered from another seller with 99.9% positive feedback @ same price

    • Who was it with?

      • Titan tech or something? If you search for the same product it's around the same price. Get ebay plus and apply your ebay plus code

  • Neg because price jacking, misleading title.
