Hoping some savvy consumers can give me advice here..
I have a Samsung S22 Ultra and for the last month the network signal is intermittent, meaning i can only make calls using Wifi Calling. If im not in wifi, the signal randomly goes from full bars to no bars and it's impossible to hold a conversation or hear anyone in full sentences.
I rang Voda a month ago and they told me there are "local upgrade works" affecting my signal and to switch to 4G connection. I did that and there was no change.
Sent the handset to Samsung for network connectivity repairs and it came back with no faults found. During that time, I used a different (borrowed) handset with no problems whatsoever.
So, my problem is, the Phone handset is not working, Vodafone refuse to acknowledge that and will no accede to handset replacement, leaving me with a phone i can't use to make phone calls.
Where do i turn to next and how can i get this resolved? Please and thank you.
Try a pre-paid sim in your phone for another provider (boost, telstra etc) and see how you go
Are you under contract with VF?
