Plumber Pressure Cleaning Now Caused Toilet to Block?

22 December I asked a plumber to pressure clean to unblock my back gully drain, he said is hair blockage

5 January or earlier my toilet blocked. My toilet was always fine before only got stuck after him

Do you think is the pressure clean causing the toilet blockage?

Spent $260 then he caused me bigger problem and I talked with the plumber he needs me to spend more money 😭

If it is the case, do you think this will unblock it?
