I have created an iTunes US account to allow me to download US apps like HBO max, Hulu and so on on my Apple TV.
I used a website for the US address :)
But I do not have a payment method on the record. How do you get away with “Your account has been disabled on App and iTunes” because of no payment method. I do not have PayPal US or US credit cards only Australian CC and Revolut etc.

You do not need a whole new iTunes account. You can change region on your existing account to any country to download apps then back again.
Same UK paypal account works for me for UK, US, Aus account changes.
So if something in your library gets downgraded locally to 1080p, but still 4k Atmos in the US, can you change say your Apple TV to US and watch it in 4k again?
Maybe, maybe not. Depends on a lot more than just the app itself. Could be connection speed, available server routing, local offerings etc. Worth a try though.
This must be new. Last time I tried (a couple of months ago), you could download free apps without a payment method. But I noticed they did push out a new terms-of-use I had to agree to on my US account a week or two ago. Maybe it changed then? Anyway, that is going to make it much more pita to dl us-only apps like HBOMax.
I don't know but maybe a Wise account would work?
How does it tell your credit card is Australian? How do they check? Can you just use one of those freight forwarder US shipping addresses?
Pretty easily. I'm sure the credit authorization provided information such as geo location when authorising the card.
Screw Apple created a new account and picked up legit address from fed ex drop of location search and phone number of University in the same area. All good now, no payment on the account but address prepaid $10 usd to account
