pro-tip: put your PC case on one of these, so it can be easily moved if you muck around with cables and stuff

I painted orange stripes and put butterfly stickers on mine so it looks beautiful now

        • +1

          mind sharing a pic? :)

          • +2

            @FrugalNotStingy: I believe @Hudcon one is just a dolly.

I suspect the stripes & stickers or part of a repair job

Haven't had an "active use" desktop for years but #old-man-voice my old Stacker 830 already came with castors :D

      • My stackers still running to this day, wheels dont move as freely thou

      • +3

I guess if you don't know, you just don't know eh

          It's 2023, ozbargain living in 1995.
Enjoy lugging your wires & trolley carts around :)

pro-tip: instead of paying $1049 for the Mac Pro wheels kit, pay for this and save $1034.01

      • maybe looks better, but costs more and is less sturdy

      • +1

I have this same one from Ikea for my desktop. Works well and happy with it. Using the Aldi dolly trolley is overkill, and is also too big. Unless of course your "PC" is actually a server rack. LOL

      https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/uppspel-cpu-stand-with-castors-…

Can get one of these that take up less floor space and doesn't look as dank

      • +4

If it’s for the CPU I hope it has motherboard mounts.

    • Or don't if you have any 3.5" hard drives in you PC…

Is this the new mode of transport?

    • +12

only if you weigh less than 250kg, and travel exclusively downhill

      • +6

Guess it's a win for teenagers.

They'll rob your house and slide down the hill with your goods on these lol

    • +3

It can be turned to hover board after software update, so yes.

  • Is this the same size as the Bunnings one

    • +1

yeah some dimensions would've been useful on the aldi listing

      • Updated

        • Thanks but I wouldn't assume it's the same product + from the same factory + from the same supplier.

    • FWIW I've got both the Syneco and the round one from Aldi, and it's been handy having different shaped ones in the garage.

  • +4

These are good for storing heavy items off the garage floor for those too often heavy rains. 😭

    • Thanks for the tip. I’ll wait for the dolly with the inflatable raft attached to it…

Buying this, stacking weight plates on it and pushing it around in my backyard for high intensity training. Winning.

    • +2

      Is your backyard concrete?

      • +2

Artificial grass. Works well with the resistance it provides.

        • +3

          Remove wheels for more resistance

          Upgrade

  • +1

    Billy cart conversion?

  • I put my arcade cabinet on one of these, handy!

  • +1

Did Wubbie have one of these to move his Real Doll around with? A Dolly Trolley, if you will….

  • +3

I heard if you give the transport officer a $50 note under the counter, they will officially road worthy this beast of a vehicle.

  • While this is cheaper and with better weight capacity, they are made of the same material (MDF) as other ones. Just these have some carpet on top.

So I have to say it again here as I did in the other deal DONT GET THESE WET.

    • True, and it really comes down to the quality of the wheels and rollers. I have found it easier to get a few lengths of 2 x 2 to create a frame for boxes and tubs, and then simply attached decent castors from bunnings. That way I don't need to worry about wet weather and the cheap castors scratching floors

  • Anyone know if these are rubber castors?

    poor man’s segway

      They see me rollin'

        Hello Trolley.

      • Also the first animal clone.

Real man's Dolly. Do it with 350kg and won't melt in the rain.

    • +1

Reals man price too @ ~3.5x the cost

      • Buy cheap. Buy many times. Buy this and you get years of use.

        • +1

I think at $15 its intended for casual use around the home.

    • If spending that much try to get something with rubber wheels (unless you give zero shits about your floors).

  • Cheap skateboard for the kids?

    • +1

      Kid: i want a skateboard
Mum: we have a skateboard at home.
      The skateboard at home:

  • Awesome - 4 x of these will be perfect for moving my car around the garage.

  • Looks decent for the price. Plenty of stock of both sorts at Camberwell Melbourne 9 am. Thanks OP.

    • Was the round one there?

      • Sorry about delay - no I forgot about that one only rectangular and square.

      • Which is better, the square, round or rectangular?

  • Sorry when is the last day of this sale?

  • Just bought the rectangular xl, dunno if same as rectangle. Measures 600mm x 340mm x18mm. Save my back from carrying crt tv if I every find one for a reasonable price
