        Unfortunately, I’m not sure. But I had a Series 5 40inch (LA40D550) which we bought in or around 2012. And I sent them the picture of the back of that and it worked.

    Was advised in Samsung Live Chat that 30% is no longer available, only 15%.

      Unfortunately I'm not too sure. Just spent 15 minutes with them and told them I was interested in the NEO QLED Range and what the loyalty offer would be, and they advised it is 30%.

      Decided to try my luck and spoke with Samsung by chat. I was advised the 30% off has ended and only 15% off is possible. I guess it depends on who you get through to over the chat interface.
